ROUND TABLE

Opportunities, Problems and Challenges in Central and Eastern Europe and Balkans

We are very happy to host the ROUND TABLE of the Transformative Approach to Combat Climate Change through Eco-Housing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Western Balkan region project. This project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Fund from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.

The itinerant Regio Earth festival, which takes place every year between Hungary, Romania, and Serbia, has been used as a great opportunity for us to gather, get to know each other, and exchange information.

Round table „Opportunities, Problems and Challenges in Central and Eastern Europe and Balkans“ will be devided in two parts:

First part will take place during the REGIO EARTH festival in Novi Sad, on the 18th of July 17-19:30 to meet with other trainers and participants from the region. Participant organisations will briefly present their organizations and we will have 5 keynote speakers from 5 countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia and Poland, followed by discussion.

Second part of the Round Table will take place on the 20th of July 10-12h in Mošorin, where future collaborations and possibilities will be discussed in a more informal, but practical environment.
